A taste of being a vegetarian.
I’ve set out to try out vegetarianism for a period of 3 weeks. Got the first week done and dusted! I lost 4 kg’s already. I must say I’ve cut out all sweets as well. We can probably say this is more vegan than vegetarian because I’ve avoided all forms of animal products too.
At this point I give vegetarianism a thumbs up! The results are great and I feel fantastic - not like I’m missing out on anything, but in the contrary, I’ve stumbled onto something wonderful!
