"Well it's four in the morning, things are getting heavy, and we both know that it's over, but we both are not ready. And you're talking like a stranger, so I don't know what to do." These are the lyrics to "Our Window" as performed by Noah and the Whale. A quick briefing on myself would be that yes, like everyone else, I've experienced situations in which I had no idea of what to do or who to turn to. I have been part of the population that has sat wide awake through the early hours of several mornings, only to be exhausted by the time day breaks. I have cried a fair amount of tears and I've familiarized myself with pain. Now it's time to claim all the smiles I've missed out on - it's time to see the stars beyond the darkness. So here I am - sharing my life story with a stranger. Talking like strangers. My blog will, from now on forth, be aimed at thinspiration, fitspiration and a healthy lifestyle - taking into reckoning that it's factors like these that contribute to true happiness. ( When scrolling down my blog, you are sure to find posts irrelevant to the subjects above - these were of importance to me at some previous stage in my life, and as part of the honest portrayal of my being, they shall remain on this page.) Finally thanks to all the followers who so oftenly manage to ignite some warmth in my heart and a sparkle in my eyes - I appreciate it. Enjoy.
